Trident S1 Underwater Scooter
GENEINNO Trident S1 scooter, it is the smallest, lightest and most efficient personal water
propulsion device we have found, able to pull you along at about 6.5kmh

Warranty
STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY
General Warranty
The
warranty shall be a period of ONE year from the date of delivery of the
Product to the Buyer (the “Warranty Period”). Defective goods may be
returned by the Buyer within the Warranty Period or within seven (7)
days thereafter, to Seller at the address and in accordance with the
procedures set forth below. The Product shall be repaired or replaced,
at Seller´s sole discretion. This warranty extends only to the original
Buyer.

SELLER MAKES NO OTHER
WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT DELIVERED HEREUNDER, WHETHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Buyer may
have other rights under statutory warranty protections under state law.
Warranty Procedures
1.
If the Product proves to be defective within the Warranty Period one
year, the Buyer shall give immediate written notice of the defect to
Seller. The notice shall include the date of the notice, the model and
serial number, and a full explanation of the claimed defect.
Written notice may be given by mail, courier, fax, or email.
2.
Upon timely receipt of proper written notice, Seller shall provide the
Buyer with a Return Authorization Number within seven (7) days. If the
Buyer does not receive the Return Authorization Number within ten (10)
days, it should verify with Seller that the written notice of the defect
was properly received.
3. Buyer shall carefully and appropriately
pack the Product, including evidence of the purchase by the Buyer and
any original packaging materials still available, and shall ship it,
insured for the value of the Product, to Geneinno, at Buyer’s expense.
The Return Authorization Number shall be prominently noted on the
outside of the package. Buyer shall be responsible for all damage
resulting from improper packing or handling and for loss in transit of
the return.
4. Seller reserves the right to reject any return that
has not been properly reported or that has been the subject of abuse,
misuse, improper return handling, or other factors which are not covered
by the warranty. Returns rejected by Seller for any reason will be sent
back to Buyer at Buyer’s expense.
5. Seller shall evaluate a
Product returned under warranty within thirty days of receipt. If Seller
determines that a defect exists in the returned Product, it shall
repair or replace the Product, at Seller’s sole discretion, and the
Buyer shall be reimbursed for its reasonable return shipping costs. If
it is determined that the Product is to be replaced, the replacement
shall be sent to the Buyer within seven days of the determination.
Limitation of Liability
This
warranty is void if the Product has become defective due to a Product
accident, Product modification following purchase of the Product by the
Buyer, connection to an improper power supply, contamination by dirt or
moisture, or other misuse. The warranty shall also not apply to defects
arising from fire, flood, lightning, or other conditions inconsistent
with proper use.
